Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at the Claridges in New Delhi was defined by an exceptional culinary journey, perfectly complemented by the hotel's warm hospitality. Each day began with breakfast featuring a delightful array of options. From the classic Indian parathas to fluffy pastries, the diverse spread catered to every palate. Dining at the hotel was an experience to remember. The Indian-inspired dishes, especially the mutton ribs, stood out, showcasing a meticulous approach to flavors rooted in tradition. I found the pricing on the higher side for the quality provided, warranting cautious consideration. The atmosphere was notable in Sevilla, often referred to as the Most Romantic Restaurant. The ambiance was inviting, allowing for a soft, relaxing dining experience. I was particularly impressed by the staff. Deepak Naiwal, among others, displayed professionalism and attentiveness that significantly enhanced my stay. Each request was met promptly, ensuring I felt well looked after throughout my visit.
